I am in the process of painting my house and my neighbor noticed electricity running to the top of my house, which I’ve read can be dangerous. Stefan came and changed the main circuit (which was old and couldn’t be turned off). No electricity is running to the top of my house now. Ive lived here 22 years in June and didn’t know. Only God.

The SS Reliable Electrical team conducted a thorough and extensive search for the source of power to a broken switch that could not be isolated. Not finding a breaker or GFCI to have been triggered, Stefan extended power from an alternate source and restored power where needed. Reliable work by great folks.

We have used SS Reliable Electrician on 2 separate occasions. One for a fixture that was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. Stephon came out same day to fix while others put us off for weeks. Most recent was to install a dimmer switch in living room. He was professional and prepared. Very nice guy and business we will call him for future jobs needed.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Had an issue 2 years ago that was supposedly repaired, but started acting up again. I had a very positive experience dealing with SS Reliable while having them install a Honeywell (Generac) home standby generator. Had a wall if plugs go out and called ss yesterday afternoon. . They came out first thing this morning and had to troubleshoot to find the problem. Found it, fixed it, left me with everything wired and working as it's supposed to. I will definitely use them in the future as needed. Such a relief to get honest work done right. Thank you Stephan. Since I had a plug go out I hired them to come troubleshoot all of the electrical, move some plugs, install some new light fixtures, bring the kitchen puffs up to code. Again great work, well done.

I had an issue with a disconnect box overheating and burning the wiring creating a fire hazard. Other companies had just replaced the disconnect box and it would burn out within a year. Stephon with SS Reliable Electrical came out on the same day I called and started tracing the problem in the root cause rather than just replacing parts. The issue was found out to be a problem with different gauge wiring within the circuit which he promptly replaced along with the disconnect box. He explained the whole setup and why it was happening. Reasonably priced and 110% peace of mind can't ask anything better than that. He was courteous, methodical and exhibited true workmanship A+ quality. Thank you Stephon and SS Reliable Electrical.

We’ve had a problem with getting our outdoor lights working.. they kept tripping… we called S&S based on their reviews and it was worth it! S&as is reliable, professional and worked on it until they got it fixed. They contacted us after each service to make sure it worked .. they are excellent and really care about quality . This was a refreshing change!! We are extremely impressed!! 10 stars out of 5!

Called them after 5:30 in the evening expecting for them not to answer. Not only did they answer, but they were at my house in 30 minutes to address the problem. Needless to say that I will only be using them in the future.
